Right of withdrawal & returns (DK & EU/EEA)

As a consumer in Denmark/the EU shopping with us, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods.

  • If you withdraw from your order and want your money back, you/the Customer must pay for the return yourself
  • If you would like a gift card or an exchange, we cover the cost of your return
  • If the product is faulty or you received the wrong item, but you do not want your money back, but a new shipment, gift card or exchange instead, we cover the cost of your return

How to return:
All returns must be created via our Returns Portal. You will receive a return label and instructions. Once the return label has been issued, you normally have 14 days to send the parcel.

Return conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • You bear the risk for the item until it is received by us – pack it securely.

  • Any freebies/promotional gifts must be returned if the return means that the promotion conditions are no longer met.

Exceptions:

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Special collections/limited drops/live events may be marked as “final sale” – in which case they cannot be returned.

  • Outlet/refurbished items may be subject to special terms (stated on the product page).

Refund:
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method (less return shipping, if applicable). Processing may take 3–7 business days after receipt.
